How do I verify my account with your systems?
You can join our Product Hub to receive instructions on how to verify your account for usage in our systems.
How do I make a purchase?
If you want to purchase a product, check out Product Hub, where you can purchase our products using Robux on Roblox. Alternatively, you can also make purchases with PayPal directly from our Products Page.
How do I download my purchased products?
To download products that you have recently purchased, go to our Products Page, then log in with your linked Discord account.
What if I didn't receive my product(s)?
If you didn't receive your product(s) after purchasing it, please open a support ticket in Discord Server and then we will be able to assist you.
How do I insert the .rbxm
file into my game?
Once you've downloaded the file, open up a game in Roblox Studio, then drag the file into the window.
Why isn't my product working?
If you think that your product isn't working, please attempt to follow the instructions in #our-products. If that doesn't work, then create a support ticket in Discord Server.
Can I get a refund?
Sadly, we cannot offer refunds; as a large portion of each transaction is taken by our payment processors. However, we are willing to work with you. (product swaps, etc)
Can I work for Inertia Lighting?

Can I use my products in a group game?
Yes, you can use your products in a group game. Make sure that the owner of the products is also the owner of the group.
